Silqui-Tex has a large amount of machinery available for sale. All of them in very good condition and ready to produce. Silqui-Tex is the leader in the Argentine market in machinery sales. Given the trust that our products inspire, and the quality of the after-sales services that we offer, we are the suppliers of all the spinning mills in the country when they need to change or replenish their production line.
SPARE PARTS
As is known, factories try to reduce their costs to a minimum and it is for this reason that they do not have a large stock of spare parts for their machines. For this reason, Silqui-Tex became a big warehouse where our customers are equipped with the spare parts and accessories they need. We are currently negotiating throughout the country and with other South American countries such as Brazil, Paraguay, Chile, Uruguay, Bolivia, and the rest of the world.
Many companies hire us for the assembly or preventive maintenance of their machinery. We carry out different jobs in the most important factories in our country. Silqui-Tex has a group of specialized assemblers for each area of the production line: Opening and Cleaning, Carding, Open End, Winding, etc.
We also carry out renovations to some machines, such as: frequency converters for Cards, Roving Frames, Ring Spinning, Open End, etc.; These modifications allow the speed and title to be modified electronically, eliminating the need to change pulleys and gears.
This sector has been left aside in spinning mills, for this reason, Silqui-Tex made the decision to provide this service. To carry it out efficiently, we have a specialized sector that carries out the work of: gluing, capping and grinding of cylinders (Manual, Ring Spinning, Open End and Cards). At the same time, we are also in charge of providing the rubber cylinder for the casing.
